In 1999 several large progressive thinking employers approached GM&A because they felt victimized by the increasingly hyper-expensive healthcare industry. They wanted to know if we could help arrest the growth of soaring medical expenditures.

GM&A orchestrated a plan that drastically reduced employers’ healthcare spending without changing benefits. Since that time, GM&A has saved those companies millions of dollars annually.

In 2005 GM&A formed DirectNet as a wholly owned subsidiary of GM&A in response to requests from the market for a custom network product that specifically addressed reducing the cost of medical claims.

DirectNet can be utilized as a network only or as an ASO (Administrative Services Only) package that includes a custom network, claims administration, pharmacy benefit management, utilization review and reinsurance.

DirectNet is represented by a team of medical insiders. We have over 100 years of experience in the areas of hospital administration, medicine, nursing and medical insurance. Your bottom line will show the results of utilizing our knowledge and experience.

DirectNet puts experience to work for you in developing networks that are uniquely suited to any geographic region and/or employee needs. Through a combination of substantive negotiations with providers and vigilant plan monitoring, we are able to produce significant health plan cost reductions for our clients without changing current employee benefits.

DirectNet contracts the lowest hospital and physician rates on your behalf.

DirectNet continually oversees the plan to ensure adherence.

We are a small company with the flexibility and
experience to produce big results.
